PROCESSING OF ORDER
Upon checkout, your order request is sent to Outdoor United to verify stock availability. You will receive an email regarding the status of your order request. Your card is automatically charged upon checkout. If we do not have any stock available for an item you purchased, a customer service representative will contact you with further options or to process a refund. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know. Please note: Return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required from outdoorunited.com for any returned merchandise or refund. Please visit the Return & Exchange Agreement page to view our policy.
IN-STOCK MERCHANDISE
In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note: orders placed after 4pm EDT on a Friday and over the weekend will not be processed and shipped until the following 1-2 business days. You will receive an additional email once your order is shipped.
Outdoorunited.com will let you know by a followup message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
RETURNS
We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it, but if you find that you don’t love it as much as you thought you would and would like to return it, we get it, it happens!
You will need your order number and the email address you used for your purchase.
Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. A return label comes with every shipment. You can find it either in the box or with the packaging slip.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or changed your mind on the style and you are interested in returning an item in exchange for something else on the site, our customer service team is here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

All items purchased through outdoorunited.com directly are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase or credit after 30 days. If you purchased your item from a 3rd party retailer and not through Outdoor United directly, we cannot provide a refund of any kind
