Washing instructions are printed on a black tag inside our garments. Following our garment instructions will help make sure that your gear has a long, interesting life. In general, washing your gear in cold or warm water with mild laundry detergent will do the trick. We recommend drying our Down products on low-tumble dry with clean tennis balls to restore fluff. For Poly products, dry on low-tumble dry, no need for tennis balls. DO NOT bleach, iron, or use fabric softener.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses at this time. We do not ship to PO Box addresses - no exceptions.
In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note: orders placed after 4pm EDT on a Friday and over the weekend will not be processed and shipped until the following 1-2 business days. Customers will receive an additional email once the order is shipped. Outdoor United will let you know by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is out of stock or if we need to confirm availability.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it but if you find that you don’t love as much as you thought you would and would like to return it, we get it, it happens! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. To submit a return request, please visit email us at support@outdoorunited.com. You will need to provide the order number, name on the order, address on the order, and email address used to make the purchase. Please do let us know the reason for the return in the email.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to use the return label we provide, a flat fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If you choose not to use the return label we provide, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. Outdoor United will not be responsible for any of the above mentioned lost or damaged products. Once the above mentioned is completed, please print and include inside your box, then ship back to Outdoor United.
US Return Policy: Outdoor United offers full refunds, excluding shipping, for all returns within 30 days from the shipped date. We accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship your return items with all tags attached. While most items are eligible for return, all items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Should you need a different size or you changed your mind on the style, it's no problem! We realize decisions about fit and style can change in an instant! Once your return is received by Outdoor United and processed by our customer service team, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. That will take 3-5 business days dependent upon the rules of your bank.
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns of any Outdoor United products purchased from 3rd party retailers. (i.e Amazon, Macys, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales, etc. ) To initiate a return/exchange request, please contact said retailer directly.
If you received the wrong product from Outdoor United, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service via phone or email. We will make sure to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
